Adaptive capacity of the people under the impact of industrialization

In recent years, in Vietnam in general and Northern provinces of Vietnam in particular has undergone the process of industrialization with many achievements but also faced many difficulties and challenges. Bac Ninh and Thai Nguyen provinces represent the localities with relatively clear and strong industrialization process not only in the Northern region but also in the whole of Vietnam. The process of industrialization has a direct influence and impact on many aspects of life such as economic development, social issues such as employment pressure, quality of human resources and migrants from rural areas to urban areas. Therefore, it is necessary to study the adaptive capacity of households - subjects affected as well as direct benefits of industrialization.
