Dr. P. Vijaya Kumar is a senior scientist in Agricultural Meteorology. In his 27 years research career he has worked in 20 research projects, published 70 papers in research journals, book chapters, symposia, etc., reviewed 20 articles in international and national journals, guided 2 M.Sc. students and served as external examiner in 3 Universities.
