Dr. Joy Prakash Chowdhuri obtained M.Phil & PhD degree in Sociology from Jawaharlal Nehru University,New Delhi,India. His PG in Sociology from University of Hyderabad, India. He is working as Asst. professor at Department of Social Anthropology, Wollo University, Ethiopia. He is Nominated for Bharat Jyoti Award 2012,India.
