In this book, discussion has been made over the project management soft skill in delivering successful project. In the background of the study discussion of the soft skill and its current application in the organisational context, helps to understand the chances of different issues those are effective to downturn the level of potentiality of the project. Bara Zuhair Albuoul est né à Irbid, en Jordanie, en 1991. Il a obtenu une licence en génie civil à l'université jordanienne des sciences et technologies, en Jordanie. Il a ensuite terminé ses études supérieures en gestion de projets de construction en tant que Master of Science à l'Université Anglia Ruskin, au Royaume-Uni.
