Displacement is an important issue in a developing society. It needs to be studied carefully since it involves various stake holders that need to be partnering in these projects. Natural or Man-made disasters wipe out these projects causing a heavy burden on growing economy. Rehabilitation of the project affected people have been very less studied in these developing scenarios. Its time when we revisit the rehabilitation process that causes an long term change in a person's life. It causes an long term impact socially,economically,culturally etc. It is important that we asses rehabilitation project which in it self turning towards another disaster. It is crucial to learn from our mistakes so as to build disaster resilient society. Learning from their experiences will not only improve the current situation but it will impart useful Knowledge. Involving those people to have a say in Developmental Project will provide an opportunity to the effected one to be part of this process.The aim of this book is to explore these facts and present them with an analytical observation with various important themes like Housing,Health,Education,Security etc.
