This book provides an easy-to-understand analysis of different models of regional economic integration and global post-war tendencies towards integration we have witnessed across all continents. This book provides explanations of theoretical arguments towards economic integration and its effects on global trade by comparing examples of the ASEAN Economic Community, the European Union, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS), the North-American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), as well as the Pacific Alliance.
