Effects of Flaxseed on the Pathophysiology of Obesity

Obesity is considered a chronic disease that develops epidemically and has many consequences both individually and socially, including its cost to health. The complex pathophysiology of obesity illustrates the body's inability to manage chronic energy excess in a sedentary environment. Nutritional education is essential and allows the obese to know the different categories of food, the main rules of the balanced diet and to develop a critical attitude to the diets that could be proposed to him.

Habiba Elkaoui, née à Taroudant en 1989, est issue d'une famille d'origine amazighe. Elle a obtenu son baccalauréat (sciences physiques en 2009) et a ensuite entamé des études universelles à Kénitra (faculté de l'université ibn tofail). Elle a commencé son doctorat en 2016.
