The main theses of this research containing the scientific novelty are organized approach to working-out anticrisis policy and raising the stability of the market subjects, methodical approach to estimation of possibilities of going out the products to foreign competition markets and organizing the marketing activity in integration management structures, organized approach to the estimation of the supply reduction necessity of the aging production and working-out the market policy in connection with it. Practical importance of the received results consists in the following: the theoretical and practical theses worked out in this work can be used by managing structures for regulating the home science capacious branches of state economy; by scientific and industrial enterprises for working-out the marketing and market policy; and in training specialists.
