Governmental Regulation and Its Consequences
Details
This work investigates the reasons for the lack of democracy in the modern communist regimes Cuba, North Korea and Belarus. I put forward the hypothesis that the main reason for this is the "state model" or the "state mode of production" where all or nearly all property is in the hands of the state, namely the elite. In this case all the levers of power / pressure are concentrated in the hands of the country leadership the elite; there are no other influential political forces, and the elite makes sure they do not appear ( , ). The purpose was to prove that the system the "state model" simply does not have the conditions for the development of democracy, that it is the capital and private property distributed in society rather than concentrated in the hands of the elite (the state) that is the guarantor of democracy.
