How about blowing to make the asthma go away?
Details
Children with asthma make up a large percentage of the population in all countries. Asthma affects the activities of children who often end up reducing their activities for fear that their asthma will worsen. Poor ventilation performance could lead to increased dyspnea and exercise-induced asthma. Knowledge and awareness of the importance of proper, rhythmic, and appropriate inhalation/exhalation for each exercise may help children with asthma to exercise more and respond equally to their classmates in their daily and school activities. However, the benefits of joining a respiratory rehabilitation program are not known to the general public. The objectives of this book are to raise awareness of the benefits of respiratory rehabilitation but also to immerse oneself in the basic principles of respiratory rehabilitation for all child asthmatics, even those who do not have access to an organized respiratory rehabilitation program in large pediatric hospitals.
