Despite the fact that many teachers in K-12 go through a credential program, few actually learn HOW to connect. College professors, for the most part, are hired on their degree, and/or competence in a given field. Almost NONE receive training in how to connect, inspire, and teach from a compassion-driven model. This book provides a framework for teachers in ANY discipline to better connect with their students.
