Pradip Kumar Saini è nato a Balrampur (U.P.) in India. Ha conseguito il M.Sc. (Ag.) in Fisiologia delle colture presso la A. N.D. Univ. of Agri. & Tech. Ayodhya (U.P). SVWS, Società premiata come miglior tesi di laurea. Sta conseguendo il dottorato di ricerca presso la stessa università. Ha partecipato a numerosi seminari nazionali e internazionali. Ha pubblicato alcuni libri.
