Problems & Prospects of Women Employees of MNCs at Chennai City

This book is a study about the Problems and prospects of Chennai women employees who works in MNCs. A work was submitted by the author after making a thorough reference and analysis upon the collected data from random samples. It helps to find the real work, psychological, economic situation of the samples in the workplace during the period 2009 - 2013 only. This analysis is confined only to the MNCs at Chennai. This research underwent by the author also has a scope for further research in future, subject to the changes made in governmental norms for working women.
