In recent history of language education technologies for language learning and teaching purposes appear to be emerging and growing rapidly. This research reports on the effects of blogging on students writing performance. It focuses on three aspects of writing, i.e. writing fluency, accuracy and complexity, and thus compares and contrasts results between and within groups.It also presents results on the comparative effectiveness of blog- and paper-based writing, as well as students attitude towards blogging as a tool for enhancing writing fluency, accuracy and complexity. This analysis should shed new light on the new and exciting methods of teaching English and should be especially useful to professionals in Teaching English.
