Professional learning communities are defined as
groups of people focusing collective energy on
improving the learning capacity of a school
community. The professional learning community is a
promising method of group collaboration, which
positively affects the practices of teaching, thereby
raising student success. Much is written on the
benefits, attributes, and behaviors of professional
learning communities; however, comprehending the
implementation process of professional learning
communities is still in its infancy stages within
