Testing and Evaluation of Rotavator

This book having testing and evaluation of Rotavator, as Rotavator is a tillage machine designed for preparing land suitable for sowing seed (without overturning of the soil), for eradicating weeds, mixing manure or fertilizer into soil, to break up and remove pastures for crushing clods etc. Rotavator is the better implement which does the operation like tillage, pulverizing and leveling of land at a time. Hence, the study was conducted to evaluate rotavator in terms of working width, depth of cut, fuel consumption, wheel slip, theoretical field capacity, effective field capacity, field efficiency and properties like soil moisture content, bulk density, cone index and infiltration rate were determined. Also the survey on rotavators in Mendarda taluka was conducted to study the status of rotavators in terms of number of rotavators, year of purchase, acreage of use etc.

Er promovierte 2006 an der M. P. U. A. T., Udaipur, Rajasthan, in Landmaschinen und Energietechnik. Er arbeitet als außerordentlicher Professor an der Junagadh Agricultural University.
