The Driver

Zambia conducts Parliamentary and presidential elections every five years. Before the elections are conducted, there are preparation that lead to voting. One of process is the registration of voters. The book talks about the process of registration, and some of the tactics that those in power use to disadvantage the would be voters. The book discusses sex among the officers in the field and how some of them were being raped in their sleep by witches. The book brings out unofficial happenings in the field from the driver's perspective.
