Details

Elaborates on the role of TDZ in plant tissue culture, including propagation, somatic embryogenesis and genetic engineering of various recalcitrant species

Includes topics of interest for the researchers as the mechanism of action of TDZ

Emphasizes on various DNA based molecular methods (RAPD, SSR, ISSR, DAMD) used to evaluate genetic homogeneity of tissue culture raised plants

Explains the production of certified plants at commercial level which can be used in pharmaceuticals industries and other agro-forestry systems
