TRANSPORT PROCESSES IN BLACK MATTER INCLUDING THE BLACK HOLES

The monograph "Transport processes in Black Matter including the Black Holes. Theory of gravitational waves" is the final, fourth volume of a series of monographs devoted to the application of methods of non-local physics to solving fundamental problems of theoretical physics, which in principle cannot be solved by methods of local physics. This monograph and the previous volumes in this series, published by Lambert publishing house "Extremal states in nonlocal physics", "Acute problems of theoretical physics" and "Transport processes in physical vacuum", don't even have a precedent in "local" theoretical physics. Non-equilibrium statistical physics programs for higher education should be reviewed. These monographs can serve as a substantial part of new programs and textbooks on non-equilibrium physics.
