Tribal Land Issues

This book is related to the Tribes Land issues and constitutional perspectives taken by the judiciary department in the state. The tribes are major issues regarding to the land and forest areas in which they are residing. The different kinds of tribes existing in the state. The author wants to focus on the constitutional and legal rights related to the tribes on lands. The tribes are the deprived communities residing in the hilly areas out the city. They are rights are been violated from time to time. This book focus on the various judiciary judgement taken related to the land issues in the state of Andhra Pradesh. The book focuses upon the different Resolutions of Tribal land issues and Judicial Responses are discussed.
