An analysis of Mass Hysteria as an instrument of Evil

For thousands of years, humanity has displayed its dangerous capability of creating destruction, chaos and death within our societies across the globe, irrespective of race, religion, culture or gender. This raises the question, are all of us, as humans, innately capable of such influence under Mass Hysteria? What contributing factors are responsible for the lead up to the atrocities that are caused because of Mass Hysteria? What great mistakes in history have occurred due to this instrument of Evil? Finally, what can we see presented to us through key works in literature? This book aims to unpack and analyse Hysteria, with a short history on its origin moving into religious, social and political factors related back to the chosen texts. This text is directly aimed at those who want to delve into the complex and confusing world of Mass Hysteria and its part to play as an instrument of Evil and decide for yourself, are we capable of change or are we doomed from the start?
