Details
Recurrent urinary tract infection (RUTI) in patients with vesicoureteral reflux is a common condition, which leads to complications. Results: a prevalence of recurrent urinary tract infection in patients with vesicoureteral reflux of 35.41% was obtained. The mean age of the patients was 2.92 years, the majority of patients belonged to the 1-5 years age group (n=41; 42.71%). Of the total number of patients with recurrent urinary tract infection (n=34), the majority resided in urban areas with 79.41% (n=27).
