Satisfaction of CBHI Beneficiaries on quality of MHCS in Rwanda

CBHI was initiated in Rwanda in 2004.its success carried more Rwandans to be financially protected from the health services cost due to effective promotion campaigns and a broad range of coverage of preventive and curative care services provided at various levels of health facilities in Rwanda where it covers over 90%of all Rwandans in 2019-2020. Rwanda like other low-income country remains in the region with the highest global burden of maternal mortality where It was reported to be to 141/100,000 live births in 2019-2020.This book aimed to assess satisfaction of CBHI beneficiaries on the quality of maternal services received and to identify challenges faced by CBHI beneficiaries in urban health facilities in Rwanda in accessing maternal services.Successful usage and implementation strategies related to maternal health services can assist in the implementation of the third Sustainable Development Goal which aims to reduce the maternal mortality ratio at 70 per 100,000 live births by 2030
