A Handbook for the teacher of Rural Multi-Age Primary School

This Handbook incorporates the aims, principles, characteristics and procedures for the educational and teaching function of the RPS.s, as they are structured based on the following seven areas: a) Focus on the involvement of students. b) Focus on participatory school management. c) Orientation in the synthesis of innovation and change processes. d) Development of networks for disseminating knowledge and exchanging or generating information, ideas and knowledge. e) Focus on the diffusion of knowledge and communication. f) Process for involvement of parents, students and local community in the development and implementation of educational processes. g) Structure of the types of projects that school administrations can develop to encourage innovation and collaboration.

Dr. Faniopoulos is a School Advisor of Primary Education, a graduate of the Pedagogical Academy of Athens and a graduate of the Pedagogical of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
