A look at change and conflict in Zimbabwean schools

This book titled deals with two major issues that affect the smooth operation of schools in Zimbabwe and the world over, namely change and conflict. Change and conflict are inevitable in schools organizations. Knowledge of important aspects of change such as change strategies, reasons for resisting change and ways of managing change vital for school heads and knowledge of sources of conflict, ways of managing conflict and conflict and conflict resolution strategies are also vital for school heads.

Amos Ndora is a writer who lives in Masvingo Province of Zimbabwe. He has experience in teaching in both primary and Secondary schools. He holds - M.Ed Management (ZOU, 2005), B.Ed Management (ZOU, 2002), Dip.Ed Primary Teacher (UZ 1997). He is currently studying for a PhD at ZOU where he is a lecturer in the department of education.
