Antioxidant activity of some medicinal plants

Medicinal plants contain various phytochemicals which play a vital role in human health. Traditionally, different plants have been used by human for medicinal purposes. Spilanthes calva is a widely available plant which has vital phytochemicals which act as antioxidant. Cissampelos pareira is also used traditionally for various medicinal purposes. In this book, the phytochemical analysis and their antioxidant property has been discussed.
