Assessment of modern Moscow in the digitalization environment

The book is devoted to the analysis of the current state of the socio- economic situation in Moscow, pension system, education and healthcare in Russia in the global digitalization. State programs to improve housing, transport and environmental infrastructure in Moscow for the new presidential cycle (2018-2024) are considered. The goals and problems of substitution of imported goods and services are shown. The task of analyzing the huge amount of information in the business world and education is considered. The Russian company "Medialogy" is presented, developer of an automated media analysis and monitoring system. The researcher examines digital democracy and social rating system. As a measure to increase the attractiveness of domestic product proposed ways to increase productivity. The author offers innovative technologies for effective policy implementation through artificial intelligence.The influence of digitalization on universities is considered. On the basis of results of the research it is established that student's performance has improved in the conditions of self-isolation caused by coronavirus pandemic.
