Business Opportunities in Estonia and Baltic countries

The main purpose of this paper is to be a guide for future entrepreneurs who want to start a new business activity or simply relocate to the Baltics. It has to be also considered as a stimulus for all the Mediterranean economies that do not seem to find a way to go out of the crisis, investing in new technologies, thinking out of the box. A guideline therefore, an user manual from which to draw inspiration to grasp new business opportunities both as individual and at the macro level perspective, for each State who wish to embark on paperless and digitalization process.
