The book reports an empirical investigation about students' perceptions of career guidance, participation in the activities and career decision making self efficacy (CDSE). Various dimensions of these variables were examined and relationships explored with a view to assisting students to overcome the difficulties associated with career decision making. The Author was born in the ancient city of Kano, Nigeria and obtained Bachelor degree in Education/Economics from Bayero University, Kano, MEd Guidance and Counselling from International Islamic University, Malaysia and presently PhD student in the same university majoring in Career Development.
