Challenges to successful Total Quality Management (TQM) implementation

Quality of education has become a major concern to all stakeholders worldwide. This has motivated the author to deep himself wholeheartedly into helping education managers and policy makers in ensuring and managing the quality of education in primary teacher training colleges and other tertiary education institutions. In this new Journey of research, the author is enthusiastic at writing about quality in education and teacher education, as he believes that the quality of teacher education drives the world into growth and development. In this edition, the author feels obliged to shed light in the challenges to Total Quality Management implementation in Primary Teacher Training colleges while being optimistic that other scholars would draw a lesson too.

Dr. Kigozi Edward was born in Uganda. He received the B.Sc.degree with Second upper-Class Honors from Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda, in 2007 and M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from East China Normal University, Shanghai, and Central China Normal University, Wuhan, China, in 2011 and 2018, respectively. He is an experienced Teacher Trainer.
