Using community-based and school-based methods for learning resource retrieval and distribution, this research project was conducted to ascertain the experiences of parents/guardians of Bucal National Integrated School (BNIS) students in the new norm for the academic year 2020-2021. The results of the online poll revealed that barangay- and school-based ratings are close to one another. This showed how the institution may create a procedure for dispersing instructional materials and collecting student outputs. Although there were some issues with the schedule, learning materials, submission of the required output, and learners' progress and performance, they were all handled and given the necessary solutions.
