The author completed his undergraduate study in 2003 in the field of Agricultural Extension and graduated with Msc Degree in Rural Development and Agricultural Extension in 2008 from Haramaya university, Ethiopia. Now the author is a research scholar in the field of sociology at Andhra University, India.
