He holds PhD in Development Economics from University of Bonn and MA from Japan and MBA from India. He worked in Royal Monetary Authority of Bhutan, ZEF, Germany; (CGIAR-WFC), Greater Mekong and ICRIER, Delhi, Bank of Bhutan. He is currently working as the Assistant Professor of Development Economics at South Asian University.
