As a part of the degree, students undergo study of different courses of horticulture and come across many words/terms relevant to the subject. Although plenty of literature is available on various aspects of mango production in books, journals and popular articles. However to keep update of some new information, it is important to compile it in the form of a book. Therefore, the present investigation was laid out to study individual as well as interaction effect of maturity stages, ethrel and cold storage on chilling injury, shelf life and quality of Kesar mango fruits. It is hoped that book will draw out a faithful response in students, teachers, researchers and mango growers.

Prof. Bhoomika Patel completed her B.Sc. and M.Sc. from ASPEE College of Horticulture & Forestry, NAU, Navsari. She joined as Assistant professor in 2015 at N. M. College of Agriculture, NAU, Navsari, India. She is a member of General Scientific Societies and Journals. During her career, she has published several research articles in journals.
