Tope Bankole is a seasoned academia and consultant in social and industrial psychology. A lecturer in Psychology department, in Ekiti State University, Nigeria. He received his bachelor's and master's degree from the same university and he is a Doctoral student for over two and half years. His PhD research area is in interpersonal relations.
