Details

The budding yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae has always been an excellent model organism for studying conserved biological processes. This book presents several modern techniques in genetics, molecular biology, and real-time imaging to examine microtubule-related processes in yeast. Microtubule is a highly conserved protein assembly, and the results shown in this book have significant implications in neurobiology and cancer cell biology.
