Factors Influencing Conflict Resolution in Tertiary Institutions

This book gives an insight on factors influencing conflict resolution in tertiary institutions.It fills the gap in the previous studies on the fact that factors on conflict resolutions were not adequately researched on effectively.It was concluded that economic factors have the greatest effect while cultural factors have the least effect on conflict resolutions. The book is of particular importance to policy makers of various institutions,researchers in conflict related issues,development agencies and other organizations addressing conflicts.
