Factors Influencing Student Attrition

Factors that influence dropout in students.The educational desertion can be determined as those students who abandon their studies for different causes, there have been many researches about school desertion, where different factors that cause it are revealed. In this case, the objective is to know the reasons that influence students of two specific educational programs, Bachelor in Administration and Bachelor in Public Accounting at the University of Sonora. This is a documentary research, which consists of collecting information on the object of study from books, journals and publications both from the institution itself and through the analysis of other research, resulting in some recommendations to implement at the department and institution level.
