FACTORS INFLUENCING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF INDUSTRIAL EXTENSION SERVICE

This research work has attempted to analysis about the factors influencing the effectiveness of industrial extension services on the performance of micro and small enterprises. Hence, the purpose of the study was to assess factors influencing the effectiveness of industrial extension services provided to MSEs by TVET institutions and its challenges and opportunities taking enterprises in the Yirgalem central zone.

Gutema Legesse Tura is a textile engineer with a Master of Science (M.Sc. Degree). He attended his degree program at Bahir Dar University with a Bachelor of Science in Textile Engineering and he is a graduate also, he attended his second-degree program at Ethiopian Technical University in Textile Technology.
