FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME 2019-20 Faculty Development Programme (FDP) aims at enhancing the academic and intellectual environment in the Institutions. The FDP provides new faculty members an opportunity to listen to Members of the Management, Senior Teachers and Administrators. Their guidance, it is hoped, will strengthen the professional development of the new faculty members and also in dealing with students. Our goal in organising an FDP is to help these educators increase the effectiveness of their teaching be it in undergraduate or post graduate programs. Participation in such programmes would enable faculty members to get proper motivation in their research and pedagogical skills.PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES:- To maintain and enhance faculty effectiveness.- To support faculty members in their efforts to maintain competency in their teaching.- To help faculty fulfill academic responsibilities.- To encourage thoughtful and effective integration of educational technology into the teaching-learning process.
