FRACTAL ANALYSIS IN CHEMISTRY AND BIOLOGY
Details
Fractal analysis has manifold applications. In fact it is easy to explore the world and grasp the irregular shapes and forms through fractal analysis. Fractal analysis, a discipline of Physics, despite having immense importance, is unfortunately not popular among the Chemistry and Biology students, due to lack of knowledge. For the development of profound understanding of fractals among chemists and biologists, it is essential to present concepts and models of chemical and biological fractals explicitly. This approach has been manifested in this book. This text provides a firm substratum for many facets of fractal analysis. The book is short, concise and provides essential knowledge about fractals and its peculiar incursion into other fields of Science. I am very grateful to Dr. Mahboob Muhammad, who gave me the idea about the fractal work. I acknowledge my debt to Dr. Iftikhar Imam Naqvi and my brother Farhan who have helped in various ways during the writing of this book. At last, I am very much thankful for encouragement, unending help and continuing support given by my husband throughout this work.
