Nowadays, life-long learning has became a new
lifestyle among educated students. People who want
to be sufficient in their private life and in
their workplaces learn not only during their student
years at colleges and universities but after them
also. That was a reason why we wanted to show how e-
learning has changed students'' and working people''s
life and made their learning process easier and more
efficient. This book presents strategies, the
positive and negative effects and the effective use
of asynchronous and synchronous learning techniques
in higher education. We focused on the Hungarian
situation and gave some advice how these kind of
things should be used by teachers and learners also.

Gabriella Feind is a Hungarian professional girl, who graduated in Kodolányi János College (Hungary) in 2008 and this book is based on her English methodological thesis, Guidelines for the implementation of e-learning in education.
