Happiness and Spirituality

Happiness is one the end that every individual is seeking to achieve. Income, Social relationships, Education and other factors contribute in producing happiness. But whether this happiness is ever lasting or not. The happiness attained through material gains is not sustainable because when you loss that thing you become sad. Now the question arises that what make us happy and what keep it sustain. The book tries to adress this question using theoretical support from religion and empirical support from the data of Pakistan collected in year 2017.
