Toni Nottebohm machte ihr Hobby zum Beruf und wurde Brauerin bei der amerikanischen Craft-Brauerei Edge Brewing in Barcelona. Sie studierte Brauwesen in Weihenstephan und schloss ihr Studium mit der Jahresbestnote als Diplom-Braumeisterin ab. Heute arbeitet sie als Brauerin bei BRLO in Berlin.
