HPLC and Spectroscopic estimation of some marketed drugs

The book mainly comprises of different simple, economical and reproducible anaytical methods that were developed for various cephalosporins and other drugs like piracetam and gatifloxacin. The developed methods were UV-Visible spectroscopic as well as HPLC methods. The developed procedures were analytically validated as per ICH guidelines and could be used for routine analysis of the drugs mentioned.

Dr.Jane Jacob has obtained her post-graduation in pharmaceutical chemistry in 1996 from Manipal college of pharmaceutical sciences,manipal, Karnataka State, India.She has done her doctoral studies in development of analytical methods for the estimation of pure and marketed formulations for routine analysis.
