hi i'm alissa :) i've never considered myself a writer and to be honest i still don't. Writing is simply an outlet that lets me make sense of things i otherwise can't comprehend by simply thinking or talking about it. i don't sit down with the intention of writing, i sit down whenever i feel the need to write. My imagination is good, but at least in my opinion, not the storytelling kind of 'good'. That's why i write about things i've personally experienced, to not only help myself, but maybe even others who've struggled in a similar way or just enjoy some English poetry about important topics or solely the joy of life.
