Instructional medium difference and its impact

Education plays an important role in every humans life; but the big question is how should one learn? In this time, when the knowledge of English seems to be the main criterion for any academic professional development, how is the performance of learners learning in English/as a second language? The question of immersion language teaching is also one of the important and key concept in language class. With all the attitudes and impressions learners have about language their life how do they perceive the use of foreign language in their classes?
