This thesis offers in-depth coverage of process modeling and integration approaches, and presents case study that illustrates best practice. It describes formal representation of the individual processes and the integrated process that organizations can systematically apply to achieve successful enterprise integration. A value-add-chain can be formed by locating and integrating component-processes to a combined process-model for the production of the final service or product.
