Knowing how to get information online

The first part deals with the step-by-step design of a theoretical model for a paper-based self-information pedagogy. The second part reinvests the user-oriented modeling allowed by cognitive ergonomics, with the emergence of new media. The third part is devoted to the search for the conditions to be fulfilled for a more effective pedagogical support for online teaching.

Professor emérito em Ciências da Informação e Comunicação, iniciou a sua carreira no Institut de Formation des Conseillers d'Orientation de Marseille, depois na École de Journalisme e no Institut d'Études Politiques d'Aix en Provence. Ele também tem sido conselheiro de vários Reitores da Academia sobre a formação contínua de professores.
