KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT IN HIGHER EDUCATION

In this book are developed knowledge management (KM) model in education institution and methodology for assessment of its presence. Unlike for most studies in this field, in this book KM comprises both organizational and educational process' level. The research results of the model's frequency and relationship between organizational culture and KM on the management faculties in Serbian province Vojvodina are showed. The research's comprised over 450 respondents: both lecturers and students; both private and state faculties. Experience gained by the methodology's application in concrete research are presented and transformed into guidelines for its improvement, which could be useful for later research. According to the presented KM model, education institutions can implement KM techniques, constitute KM processes and form KM cultures. Therefore this book represents an important literature in management field for academics as well as for practitioners.
Autorentext
Jasmina Arsenijevi was born on 1980 in Belgrade, Serbia. She defended PhD thesis on Knowledge management in education on 2008 in Novi Sad. She's published thirty scientific studies and the monograph "Educational Management in Learning Society". She teaches Management in Education at the Pre-School Teacher Training College in Kikinda.
